Remote and Hybrid Teams The Post Pandemic World: remote workers, hybrid teams and a more flexible workplace. Remote working (aka ‘teleworking’) slowly gained ground over the past couple of decades; however, the COVID-19 pandemic hurled organizations into the virtual workplace whether they were ready for it or not. Over the past 18 months, organizations learned on the fly how to keep their operations running in a remote environment. Now, as leaders plan to return to work, they will find a workplace irrevocably changed thanks to the pandemic. While some employees may desire to come back into the office full time, most will choose to remain remote at least part of the time. Even office workers may expect some increased flexibility. Leaders will be challenged to effectively manage hybrid teams of remote and office workers. Although there is no one-size-fits-all solution, this session will help leaders learn best practices and overcome challenges associated with hybrid teams. Pending Approval
